We handle all photographic materials with strict professional care. However, the physical and chemical nature of analogue film processing carries inherent, albeit rare, risks.

In the unlikely event that materials are lost or damaged while in our direct care, our maximum liability is strictly limited to providing an unexposed replacement roll of equivalent format and a refund of the processing fee for the affected roll. We assume no liability for lost incidental costs or sentimental value.

Digital scans are delivered via secure download links. We maintain backups of final scan files for exactly 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, files are permanently purged from our lab servers to ensure data privacy.

Please download and archive your files immediately upon receipt. We cannot recover expired scans.

All equipment in our camera shop is thoroughly tested and verified. Because these are historical items, they may exhibit normal signs of wear that do not affect functionality.

We offer a 14-day return window for hardware that exhibits mechanical faults not disclosed in the original product grading. Returns are not accepted for user-induced damage or change of mind.

Prices for developing, scanning, prints, and shop items are clearly listed and subject to change without prior notice. Final payment is required before completed orders or hardware are handed over or shipped. For workshops and learning sessions, full payment secures your booking.
